Class About How to Work from Home

My husband and I both work from home. I am considering giving a class to help those who wish to find employment from home. If you have an idea where I might hold this class in Sapulpa please let me know. This class is not about an MLM or Get Rich Quick scheme. It is about finding legitimate jobs, with regular paychecks for legitimate companies.

The goal here at Sapulpa Rentals is to publish quality content for those who wish to relocate from out of town or even for those who already live in Sapulpa and would like to move to another house or just be part of an interactive online community. Rental Listings in the Sapulpa Daily Herald

If you would like to view listings for rentals in the our local paper, just click on the link to your right and go to "classified" then "houses for rent". In the near future, I will be contacting all the landlords in town as well as the real estate agencies to let them know about the existence of this site. I will also ask permission of the landlords who have a lot of rental properties to see if I can list their names and phone numbers here.

Why Rent?

When I came here to look for a house, some people suggested buying instead. However, there are a lot of reasons people choose to rent. These may not all be MY reasons, but they various people have various reasons. Some people prefer to rent because they know how much it will cost every month since they are not responsible for maintenance costs. Sometimes people do not have their credit established well enough to buy. When moving to a new area, some people like to rent first so they can get a "feel" for the community before commiting to home ownership. If you can think of more reasons, please feel free to post those in the comments section of this post. :)

Sub Standard Rentals

While pursuing my search for a rent home in Sapulpa, I spoke with one person who told me there were actually people in this area still renting "homes" (I would not really call it a "home") with dirt floors! The reputable landlords in Sapulpa do not condone the practice of renting sub standard property. People need to consider whether or not their rental is something they would be proud to call home before renting it to others as the majority of landlords in our town do. Have you had experiences with a slum lord? If so, let us know about it in the comments section of this post. Please do not mention specific names as I really don't care to have a libel case on my hands. Thanks!

Location, location, location

Sapulpa is situated in a great location. We are 15 miles south of downtown Tulsa. We are about 90 miles north of downtown Oklahoma City. We are situated on Old Route 66 which offers some great tradition and historical flair. The Turner Turnpike (Interstate 44) makes it an easy drive to either Oklahoma City or Tulsa and points beyond. When paying at the Turnpike entrances one can either pay with cash or using Pikepass.

Future Plans for this Blog

This blog will contain a lot of very useful information for current members of our community as well as prospective members of our community. I will literally be seeking out and listing every existing website for Sapulpa and posting them. Look for links to churches, lodging, attractions, dining, arts, entertainment, weather, media and much much more! :) This will give members of the community a place to go so that they might glean information about the offerings of our town. It will also give businesses a place to publicize their products and services.

Why Sapulpa Rentals?

After having moved about 80 times in 40 years, I was very surprised when I tried to find a house to rent in Sapulpa. We moved from Kansas City and I came down on a Wednesday with only 2 full days to look as I had to get home on Friday. I was only able to look at 2 houses and thank the Lord was able to sign the lease for the 2nd one or I might have gone home empty handed. Once I experienced the difficulty of finding a place to rent here in Sapulpa, I decided then that I would start this web site as a service to those who already live here but are wanting to find a new place to rent and to those who are wanting to relocate to Sapulpa. This website will include a lot of community information so that those who want to relocate can get a real feel for our community.
