New Rental Finder Service

If you are moving to the Sapulpa area and you would like help finding a rent house, please contact me via email initially. We will discuss a price for services. The best way to find a place in Sapulpa is by driving around looking for "For Rent" signs. Hardly anyone advertises them. You also have to network with landlords who own multiple rentals. Calling all Real Estate Agents, Landlords, Faithful Citizens, and Those Wanting to Rent in Sapulpa

I have not posted here in a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see that several business owners from Sapulpa have requested their links be posted here and I have posted their links. I am going to send an email to the real estate companies in town requesting that they send me information regarding any rentals they know about. If any of you notice any rentals when you are out driving around, please send them my way so I can post them. If you know any landlords in Sapulpa, please give them my email address joanrenae@gmail.com so they can email their vacancies.

Once again, I am going to on the lookout for a new place to rent. I may already have prospect and I will post the house I am currently in when my landlord gives the green light. He and his wife are really great people to rent from however, this house is small for a family with 6 to 8 people (8 when my 2 older kids are here). One bathroom with 4 kids getting ready for school just is not cutting it. Don't get me wrong. I have oh, so many things to be thankful for and having shelter at all is one of them ;)

If you are a business owner in Sapulpa, please let me know so I can post your link. I have decided for now that this site is purely a free community resource. I will be honest, at first I wanted to find a way to make some income to compensate for my time here. But, I think providing a community service to sort of "give back" is a great thing and I feel good about doing that!

If you are a realtor or property management company or apartment complex manager or whatever, please write and let me know what you have available so I can post the information.

If you are relocating to Sapulpa or you already live here and need to post a "wanted" ad, please let me know as well.

Business and Restaurant Reviews

I will be starting some reviews of businesses, restaurants, etc. here. I will try to be as honest as possible but I don't want any lawsuits on my hands or anything. ;) Most likely, I will make up a form and sort of fill out a standard form of information on all businesses. You all will be free to comment as desired. :)

Class About How to Work from Home

My husband and I both work from home. I am considering giving a class to help those who wish to find employment from home. If you have an idea where I might hold this class in Sapulpa please let me know. This class is not about an MLM or Get Rich Quick scheme. It is about finding legitimate jobs, with regular paychecks for legitimate companies.
