Why Rent?

When I came here to look for a house, some people suggested buying instead. However, there are a lot of reasons people choose to rent. These may not all be MY reasons, but they various people have various reasons. Some people prefer to rent because they know how much it will cost every month since they are not responsible for maintenance costs. Sometimes people do not have their credit established well enough to buy. When moving to a new area, some people like to rent first so they can get a "feel" for the community before commiting to home ownership.
